EXAMPLES OF SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTED AT MINI RECTIF

  • Heat recovery from compressed air system: 50% reduction in electricity consumption
  • Biomass boilers: production of renewable energy, Co2-neutral impact on 3 sites
  • Wastewater recovery: 100% of consumption is treated and discharged into the network
  • Nanofiltration: 20 liters of water discharged for every 1,000 liters of soluble oils consumed
  • Treatment of rectification sludge: 9% residual water (compared with 70% originally)
